Herbal Workshop & Sound Bath by the Sea

Join us on Saturday June 26th, at Quinta Azenhas (Azenhas do Mar, Sintra), for an intimate and nourishing evening immersion with plants, stones and natural rituals.

We’re thrilled to bring you a collaboration with Quinta Azenhas, a small permaculture farm and family space with an organic garden in the beautiful village of Azenhas do Mar.

Learning with plants & stones workshop 

with personalized guidance in an intimate + connective experience. We will walk together and discover Quinta Azenhas’ little perma forest while handpicking the herbs to be used next on our botanical preparations. You will learn how to make a tincture with the herbs more suited for your needs and how to pair it with crystals for daily rituals to nuture your mind and body.

Sound Bath Meditation

The workshop will be followed by a meditative crystal bowls sound bath experience as the sun sets over the ocean in front of us.

All are welcome! Highly recommended for anyone interested in natural and holistic approaches to better managing life, health and wellbeing. We would love to see you there!

You will take home with you a herbal tincture and a crystal, as well as plant wisdom and a rested mind.

Masks are mandatory as we want to keep every participant safe.

Cancelation Policy: 100% refund until 3 days before the event. After that there will be no refunds but you can offer your spot to a friend!

Quinta Azenhas is a home and outdoor space in Azenhas do Mar that utilises natural and regenerative systems as the guiding principles to rehabilitate a historic site.

Set within two acres of land in one of Portugal’s most picturesque coastal locations, the Quinta offers a unique experience. With the Sintra mountain range and the power of the Atlantic Ocean framing the landscape, they are focused on creating a healthy organic outdoor environment guided by permaculture.
